To Whom it may Concern:


I Adolph Jacquot of Family of Centreville Station in the County of
St. Clair and State of Illinois, minor heir of Hubert Jacquot 
deceased, do hereby certify that I attained the age of 21 years on 
the 4th day of February A.D. 1892.  I do further certify that I 
have made and final settlement with August Jacquot my former Guardian,
since I have arrived at said age.  And I do hereby acknowledge the 
receipt of Nineteen Hundred and Fifteen dollars and 35 cents, in
full of all demands against him as such Guardian, together with all
books, papers and property in his possession belonging to me.


I hereby enter my appearance in the matter of his application for
discharge as such Guardian, waiving all further notice.


WITNESS my hand and seal this 30th day of January A.D. 1893.

CERTIFY, That on the 2nd day of April A.D. 1928, I sent by mail a copy
of a Petition, asking that the Last Will and Testament of August Jacquot,
late of St. Clari County, be admitted to Probate, said Petition being now
on file in my office, to

Last Will and Testament of Philomone Jacquot


In the name of God, Amen.


I Philomine Jacquot of Centreville Station, Township of the County of
St. Clair and of the State of Illinois being of sound mind and memory,
do make and declare this my last Will and Testament, in the manner and
form following.


First,  I resign my Soul to Almighty God, hoping and believing in a
remission of my sins by the merite and mediation of Jesus Christ, and
my body.  I commit to the Earth to be buried at the discretion of my 
executor hereinafter named and my worldy estate I give and devise as
following.  


First.  I give and devise to my husband, August Jacquot, all rights 
and interest-belonging or that may ever belong to me, arising from
the Estate of Hubert Jacquot deceased.  To have and to hold the above
described rights and interest, unto him, the said August Jacquot,
my husband during the term of his matural life and after dis death,
to be divided equaly amoung my surviving children.  And lastly, I do
hereby nominate and appoint the said August Jacquot, my husband, to be
the executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former
Wills by me made.


In Witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day
of November A.D. 1887.

The above instrument consisting of two sheets was at the date thereof
signed, sealed, published and declared, by the said Philomene Jacquot
as and for her last will and testament, in presence of us, who at her
request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have
subscribed our names as witnesses thereto and we do futher certify
that at the time of signing the above instrument (will) the said
Philomene Jacquot had we believe sound mind and memory.
