It is our desire and wish that all the rest, residue and remainder of our property..... be converted into cash ......and after the payment of all our debts and funeral expenses, be divided as follows:..."

"as we have herebefore given assistance to our son Frank Koudelka, in providing a home for him, we hereby give and bequeath to each of the remainder of our children (4 named as above), one equal fourth part of said remainder or residue of our estates." This to be done in the proviso that "the conversion and sale of our property into that money shall not be made by our Executors until one year after the death of the survivor of us..."

"It is our joint order that no bequest or devise herein shall be delivered or ves until after the death of both of us....We hereby nominate and appoint Charles Shild, our son-in-law, and Vaclav, also known as Dan Koudelka, or son, Executors of this our Last Will and Testament, and request they they shall not be required to furnish any bond or security as such."
